+Firefighter Skippy
I've looked about and haven't seen anything on this but when I view a map on the website via laptop (using chrome) and browsing caches I can no longer get the cache to open on the cache page. In other words, I used to click on a cache icon on the map and be able to open the cache page in another widow or add it to a list. Now when I hover over the icon it just tells me the name of the cache. Anyone else have this trouble? Quote Link to comment

The Browse map gives you a pop up window where you can click on the cache name to open the cache page. I have been having issues with Chrome and have switched to using Edge for all things geocaching. However, when I tested this today it all seemed to be working for me. Have you tried a different browser? Quote Link to comment
+capoaira
This error occurs randomly on the browse map approximate since the search map exists. Sometimes I can click on the cache icons, sometimes not. 2 Quote Link to comment

Yes, I can add Linux to the list, so it seems not an OS or browser specific bug. But I think I read somewhere here that there will be unfortunately no maintenance for the old map... I have been seeing this too for several years, the "flat hand" pointer doesn't change to a "pointing finger" so can't click the cache, I'm also running Firefox on Linux. I do find that sometimes zooming in/out to different zoom levels will enable clicking the caches. Quote Link to comment

The 'clickable zone' script has a bug that likely puts it either somewhere else or fails to render it for those icons. I end up flicking around the zoom levels until, maybe, it works. Or I give up and manually enter the GC code. AFAIK it's not related to any particular browser. Quote Link to comment
+kimsu71
I usually change the map to "Thunderforest OpenCycleMap" from the icon on the top right and it works slightly better. I use Chrome. Quote Link to comment
