Guest Clyde
I'm just about to purchase my first receiver and am looking forward to geocaching. I might be missing something here but when I looked at the list of caches in the UK it struck me that there was no easy way of telling if any of them were anywhere near where I live (Hertfordshire) without going into each individual file. Would it not make sense to at least include the county in the cach title? Quote Link to comment

Guest BumbleBee
You can also do a seach by lat/long. http://www.geocaching.com/hideseek/ If you work out the co-ords of your house and then enter them into the above page it will list the nearest-farthest caches from your doorstep. Save that page in your favourites and just click to go straight there each time ------------------ -Emma- [This message has been edited by BumbleBee (edited 17 October 2001).] Quote Link to comment
