FPs not quite matching up

Today I had a look at my account on project GC and noted how many FPs it shows on my own caches - call this X

I have a look at my profile on the GC site and it says total FP points one less i.e  X-1 
Now I usualy expect a difference between the two sites but normally it is PGC that shows the lower figure as it hasn't quite caught up yet - but not the other way round ??
Checking the individual caches (using the list on PGC and the list on GC site) I see one particular cache is showing one less on GC site (21 on PGC and 20 on GC site) - ah! thats where the anomaly is - still odd that PGC would show one more - unless.... someone has deleted an FP on that cache and PGC have yet to catch up - that sounds logical and plausible
Yet...... I go onto that cache page and the cache page it self shows 21, again 1 more than the list on GC site and when I view who has favourited there are the correct number of names (21) 
So, ignoring PGC for the time being, how is it that GC on its own site shows a different figure seen on the cache page to the ones in other lists such as caches owned list and the total figure in profile ?
Is this just me or have others seen these sorts of anomalies

I have heard from HQ  who have stated - "We are aware of this issue. We hope to get it resolved soon" 

 

So it isnt just me
