[request] more text for deleted log reason

Dude logged an EC of mine of Svalbard. He also logged Jan Mayen, Kyrgistan and a few other countries on the same day. I assume it's an armchair log. Would have loved to write more into the reason to delete field than 150 signs just in case it's not an armchair log but a relog after account split or whatever. I find often that people don't even know the message center exists and then get angry when I delete their log for non-communication. More space to enter info there would be great.
