Lost 3 caches.

On the 7th August, the morning when the websites had a problem, we found 24 caches, 15 labs, 8 trads and an earthcache.

My cache count beforehand was xx814 but after logging all of them only xx835, i.e. 3 short.

The labs appear as completed on the app and the trads and earth are listed on my profile as found showing that I have logged 24.

Any idea why this has happened and how it can be fixed?

Double-check. According to Project-GC, you found only 12 Adventure Labs on 2024-08-07. (It is possible that Project-GC behind, but the fact that it’s exactly three short is suggestive.)

Thanks for that. The list reminded me that I'd already logged two of the Cannock Chase labs on a previous visit. Memory isn't my greatest asset!

However, the other that is missing, Parchfields Barn, is shown as completed on the app, but not on the website.

if it was a real cache I'd try deleting the log and re-logging. But can’t do that on a lab.
