The London - Beatles Abbey Road webcam cache hit 2,500 likes today. 
 

Coincidentally it was also a landmark 3000th cache find for geocacher GracesGold.

And one of those FPs is mine , the first webcam I did waaaaay back in 2007, I grabbed 2 more in London the same day both of which are now archived

That is a finer day than when I was there. A bit of a challenge trying to keep dry, click the phone to capture the image, and wave as per the instruction

The precise details of the logging requirements have changed a number of times over the years.

The requirements are a lot more precise now to try to stop armchair logs from people who were never really there.

Sadly, the webcam was down the afternoon I was there last fall! It was up the next day, but by then we had already left the country. I look forward to trying again!

Yes it was accepted. Why would it not be? I obeyed the instructions, NOT standing on the crossing, but having the crossing is in the photograph. What other instructions were there?

you cannot park or stop on the zig-zag area other than to let someone across the crossing.
 

ETA: and you can't overtake  in the zigzag area, not even a stationary vehicle.

FWIW there are only 187 active Webcam caches remaining in the entire world. 71 in the USA.

There were too many submissions of screenshots off the webcam with random people ringed. Since the tighter requirements have been adopted that seems to have stopped.

If only HQ would allow for it ... I've got a perfect webcam in my town for years, that would be so nice to include as a geocaching webcam. It's been in full use and fully maintained by the tourist office for years. And will be for years to come ...

If you get a Virtual reward you could publish one requiring a photo from the webcam.  Doesn't give the webcam icon but gives the webcam experience

When we made the trek across the globe from down under this time last year, this was the only cache that I deliberately went out of my way to get. As the only cacher in the family, everything else was just what we came across but I wasn't missing out on this one. Easily one of my top few favourite finds to date.
