Adventure Lab caches question

I have a credit and would like to set up a lad cache. I've visited the geocaching how-to pages and what they are about but nothing really addresses what the themes must be.

 

The ones I've done locally are history based adventures. Where you learn or need to learn something. Is stuff like this the focus or the purpose? Or can you have one that just takes you on a leisurely stroll through a local park?

The theme can be almost anything you want.  This release note shows some of the common themes:
