philgn
Has lethargy replaced enthusiasm, whats happened to TB football, if it wasn't for the cat it would have been an health hazard by now. Mind you it could end up in the Guinness book of records for the longest game in human history. My interest is watching it's progress and i'm getting pretty bored. PS. if there's any future games I want to be on the cat's side Quote Link to comment
el10t
If you want it to move faster, stop watching and start playing! It isn't a spectator sport so I suggest you get involved. I honestly can't see how you can accuse those playing to have replaced enthusiasm with lethargy when you didn't get enthusiastic enough to sign up in the first place. Still, you are aware that you are able to sign up at any time so its not too late for you to make a difference Rich mobilis in mobili Quote Link to comment

philgn
There's only three playing, the other 50 or so are spectating, ther's only one other sport I can think of that doesn't have spectators. The reason I didn't sign up in the beginning is that I am lethargic, and the first to admit it, but mind you any game that the ball moves at an average speed of 146 yds. an hour, I could well be interested in, but then, will I still be drawing breath when the first goal is scored Quote Link to comment
el10t
There's only three who have managed to make a move so far. That doesn't mean there are only three playing. What do you want? Everyone on bothteams to rush the ball this weekend? Are you going to pay travel costs for this? Rich mobilis in mobili Quote Link to comment

+TheCat
Hi there due to time constraints I have been unable to play the ball yet. It will be kicked tomorow. Mark (TheCat) www.geocacheuk.com Quote Link to comment
Gustaf
I think TB football is a great idea. I've sarted a game in Stockholm, but the rules here are somewhat simplified. They seem to be working fine so far. Quote Link to comment
+jeremyp
I think the problem is that the ball is in an area of the country which has few cachers. If somebody gets the ball down south here, you'll see a lot more movement. ------- jeremyp The second ten million caches were the worst too. http://www.jeremyp.net/geocaching Quote Link to comment
+TheCat
If the odds have not touched the ball yet as it is up north. How are thay ever going to score a GOAL. Just a thought. Oh by the way I will place the ball tomorow. Mark (TheCat) www.geocacheuk.com Quote Link to comment
+MarcB
You've got to wait a little...you can't rush these things you know "We searched for hours in the cache area but all we could find was an ammo box in a little hollow. Suggest you archive the cache..." Quote Link to comment
