Recurring Re-Login needed :-(

Hi!

I can't tell exactly when it started, I'd say, somewhen in May. But now I need to re-login very often, and this is pretty annoying . All my settings are gone after that, map switches to SAT view, filters are reset, no premium options chosen. It could be somehow related to my phone switching to other carriers, as it mainly happened when I was travelling abroad. But still, it's a new issue and never happened before.

I would love to see the old behavior!

I have the same problem. For quite some time. Even reinstalled the app a couple of times, but that doesn't help either.

This has been happening to me for about a year and I posted in the forums about it. But no one else had an issue.

I have noticed that I am logged out of the app every time I log in to https://labs.geocaching.com/logs. And it's the same the other way round. This is very annoying.

It took me 2 days to create a simple lab. Hundreds of logins later its live. And in the end one stage doesn't work. It couldn't be tested before, because when I created the test lab, the answers where thrown out any time. I tried to save the answers... I don't know.... 20 times.
Is there any support to contact for such problems? Is there someone who cares about these programmed disaster of the lab creator?

I have the same issue. I have set up all stages and now want to edit some text and add better images. Each time I select the stage I have to login again. Once I am in a stage and save an edit I have to login again and sometimes the edit isn't saved.

This has been happening for months to me.  Each week I have to re log in.  It even briefly shows me I'm logged in before telling me I'm not. 

 

All the settings are wiped and need re-adding.

 

I'm using the up-to-date android version on an S22.

I'm bringing this conversation back up because the problem still exists and it's very frustrating.

 

This week is the 5th time I have to reconnect...
