Trackable Date Dropped Is Wrong

Lately, if I drop any trackables using the app, their automatic date is tomorrow. This is just not happening to me, ones I’ve picked up also have the next day’s date as when they were dropped. And, if I retrieve them using the app, I pick them up yesterday. If I use the website, everything is good and like it always was. 
 

As an example, I went to an event in London tonight on the 13th of June. The Trackables I dropped show the 14th of June. Some of those trackables have now been retrieved with the date 12 June. The logs are all out of synch. It can’t be a US/UK time difference because it’s still June 13 in Seattle. I’ve gone back and manually changed each one but that’s only half the problem. 
 

I noticed this happening about two weeks ago and initially thought I made a mistake but that’s not the case and since other trackables seem to be affected, it can’t be a random setting on my phone.
