[bug?] Message Center GC Links when replying by email

I replied to a message by someone recently, and just realized there's this whole pile of links at the bottom of my message.  These only appear when I reply to a message center communication by email. Surely that's a bit of an overkill? Is this somewhat of a bug? Yes, all the links are present in the email itself (the clickable links at the hottom in HTML mail) or like here (in Text), but I feel this should be stripped out when posting a reply to message center and feel this might be an email formatting problem.
