+The Merman
I know it is not everyone who makes resolutions, but I have started my list of special Geocaching resolutions. 1. Spend more time trashing out. 2. Make up a caching bag instead of stuffing everything into a back pack. 3. Mark my position at the car so that I don't wander round the Sussex countryside at night in the pouring rain searching for the car. (Mind you, it was a good excuse to pop into a village pub to get directions!) 4. Keep the car serviced so that I don't miss 2 months of caching while I save up to get it repaired! Happy new year one and all. Chris The Merman I woke this morning and my boat was not rocking...for one horrid moment I thought I lived in a house! Quote Link to comment
+Bill D (wwh)
I agree completely with that little lot! Especially the geocaching bag - since I discovered geocaching a few months ago my walking bag has also become my geocaching bag, and it's getting HEAVY! But at least I remembered to set the car park as a waypoint on Saturday when I was on Milk Hill in Wiltshire (not geocaching). When I made my way back it was fully dark and extremely foggy - without the GPS (and the waypoint) I think I'd still be there! Quote Link to comment
