Read the log file from iOS Wherigo app

After creating a module with Earwigo and get it to run without problems in Webwigo, I usually still find some issues when testing it in the apps WhereYouGo (Android) and Wherigo (iOS), experiencing the range of differences between them. I am an Android user and familiar with reading the .owl log file from the WhereYouGo app, making it possible to debug.

But iOS throws to me a lot of frustration:

On an old iPhone which I have acecss to I struggle finding the log file at all. I found a .gws file and was finally able to copy it into a computer. Opening  it in different text editors it shows mostly a lot of ### between some text. The text indicates to me that the file might be only the interpreted source code (module without medias) and not the log file I want to read.

Does anyone know how to find (if the .gws isn't a log file) and open the iOS Wherigo log file in a user friendly way for debugging? It surely must exist somewhere, because on shutting down and restarting the app, it prompts me to reopen earlier saved games.
