Guest Moss Trooper
Hi Fellow Geowhatsits. As yer can see I'm wearin me unofficial Official white Geocachine white T'short. This means I might say summit profound.. then again I might not. With the advent of Georouges piccy page. (thanks Doomslayer) I think tis about time we officially decide on a name for our collective group in UK. I like GeorougesUK, it trip of the tongue, sort of! There are a few prerequisites to becoming a member to this esteemed group of hardy annuals! (Eat yer heart out Percy Thrower). Registering with Geocaching.com automatically ensures admittance to the group, assuming the following criteria can be met. 1) The ability to walk along while looking down at a plastic object in yer hand and avoid inanimate objects. 2) Have a vested interest in Tupperware 3) Can walk on water if require. 4) Do the impossible and fold a map properly, and scrunch it up without swearing (to loud) 5) See through rain soaked spectacles 6) Not look too much like an Anorak! 7) Have a sixth sense. (Where the hell is it!! The box not the sense) This list may be added to at anytime by any member of the group. Now.. down to proper business. Last week and weekend I think some of us. Moi included went off it a bit. Lets hope we have all got it outa our system. We lost it. And I wana find it again.. Lets put all our petty differences behind us. Enjoy this for what it is.. a way of getting soakin wet through at the dead of night lookin for plastic box.!! I know last week has had a detrimental effect on some of the younger ones. So lets just bury the hatchets.. An no.. not in me back J Lets get out there an do what we do best. Look like nerds as partners look on shakin there heads saying "SAD SO VERY SAD" Moss Quote Link to comment

Guest Yomper
Well nice try Moss. Looks like Robin Lovelock took the critisism so much to heart he took a whole three days off from "hiding" caches. Cache No.25, from the cache-by-numbers team arrived on geocaching.com today. 25 caches - 18 of them 1/1. Taking Chobham Common as a centre point, there are now 48 caches within a 30 mile radius. That represents almost a third of the total for the UK. It's geocaching Jim, but not as we know it. Yomp. Quote Link to comment
