Logs not loading on cache pages viewed in Chrome

Recently, as in the last week or so, logs aren't loading when I view a cache page.  It used to load the newest half a dozen logs with a scroll feature to load older ones.  Now the only way I can see logs is by clicking on "View All Logs", something I'm not always willing to do (like if there are thousands of logs).  This problem is occurring on a laptop running Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2 and Chrome version 123.0.6312.123 (just updated Chrome to this version to see if that fixed the problem, but it didn't).  Cache pages viewed on an iPad with Safari browser are still displaying normal log behavior.  I also tried Edge on the laptop and cache pages were loading logs correctly, so I suspect the problem is with Chrome.  I really need/want to use Chrome as I have a crap-ton of bookmarks and I can't get Edge to behave the way I want.  Any help (besides changing browsers) appreciated.

I have the same problem.
The whole top bar with profile, etc. doesn't load either.
Even after clearing cookies, only one of the pages loaded properly.
Using Edge Version 128.0.2739.54 (Official build) (64-bit).

I have recently turned off hardware acceleration due to problems with YouTube videos (and am using a bunch of plugins), but that's the only thing I can think of.
Never happened to me before.
