Feature Request: PQ should ignore past events independent if event is still active or already deactivated

As thread title said: PQs should have an additional option and if this option is set, past events will not be included in PQ independent if event is still active or already deactivated by owner.

I use the "has not been found" option to determine whether an event is past or future.

Doesn't work for me, because it only include the other cache types when the FTF is still open on new caches.
