Photo not uploading in Message Center

Hello,

I have a problem sending a photo in the Message Center.

I resize it to be under 5Mo. I send the message, it seems to upload, the "Send" button is grey. But at the end the Send button is green again but the photo don't appear to be send.

 

I tried again after resizing the photo under 3Mo. Same thing, it's "sending" for a little while but nothing happen.

 

I tried to send it with the app, I charge it directly from Google Photos without any resize and it worked !

 

What are we supposed to do to send a photo from the website ? It's mandatory for some virtuals.

For me the same problem. 
 

I tried with safari, chrome and Firefox. It’s the same message center problem at all browsers. 
 

workaround: use email notification of message center with reply to send the picture. 
 

after that the picture also appears in the message center.
