Timeouts and blank screens when loading the Cache Owner Dashboard

Seems like a bug: for months, I (and others I know) have had trouble accessing the Cache Owner Dashboard (as well as the Message Center). Often, it just would not load and the screen would remain empty between the green Geocaching ribbon at the top and the brown footer at the bottom. Sometimes, it would indeed load and work as it should. Sometimes, like today, I would get an error message like this one:

The error message is from Chrome 119.0.6045.161 (Official Build) (64-bit). I think I've seen similar or the same behavior on Firefox but didn't systematically test for this, since I'm usually using Chrome for my owner account.

Just now, I experienced the other behavior described above, in the same version of Chrome, with the Owner Dashboard as well as the Message Center - just a complete blank, reloading the page did not help:

Update: after a few minutes of ignoring the respective tabs (having given up and using the app to reply to a message), both pages have loaded. Massive performance issue?!
