Photos Attached to App Draft Found Logs Not Uploading on Firefox

I often attach pics to my field drafts using the App. For about a month now they don't upload when finalizing my logs on the Website. I'm using Mac Firefox 108.2 as I've had to abandon Safari completely due to its varied and many issues.
