...and changed my Geocaching.com home address. But I still receive instant notifications from two of my old areas, and I can find no means to remove those old areas.
I went to Add/Edit Instant Notifications, but it shows no means to eliminate the old ones. And when I click the detailed instructions link, it takes me to the premium member upgrade page.
How do I get rid of the old notification areas?

Go to your Dashboard on the website and, in the left hand column, click on Set Up Notifications:

 

 

Once on the Instant Notification Service page, click on Edit on each one you have set up:

 

 

In the Editor, you can either change the centre coordinates or delete it if you wish:
