Yes, it hasn't been very happy there recently has it? I followed it for a bit. I don't agree with the excessive promotion of his software, nor refusing to make himself accessible for communicating with the rest of the community. Well, as long its over, and the ruling is that caches perceived to be commercial are archived, its not a bad thing.
