+Web-ling Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 I have a stage from an AL where the app says I completed it, but the website says I didn't complete it. The app crashed when I entered the correct answer. I contacted HQ. The response was, "During this experimental phase of the Adventure Lab platform, there are rare occurrences when an Adventure Location you completed does not count as a find on your profile or the Adventure Finds page, even though the Adventure shows it as completed in the app. I have recorded your information, and we are working toward solutions. Unfortunately at this time, it is not possible for us to manually correct individual errors." Has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone else found a workaround? 1 Quote
+Max and 99 Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 (edited) I believe I've seen this discussed on the forums before, meaning someone else has experienced it. Not much you can do except hope it syncs up. It's not a common occurrence. After looking at your screenshots: are you sure you didn't accidentally delete one of the locations? If you go to the very very bottom of that page you can click on the button to show all deleted locations and then you can check if one was accidentally deleted from that adventure lab. If that's what happened it's easy to fix! Absolutely certain I didn't delete it. That was one of the first things I checked. When I clicked the correct answer, the app crashed. I was hoping someone might have stumbled on a way to reset the app. I already tried logging in on a different phone. Quote
