+A J Pombo Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 When i click on "Low Health Score" my browser redirects to https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner/published and not to https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner/published?filter=publishedLowHealthCaches Same behavior with "Temporary disabled" and "Needs Owner Maintenance". Try with Chrome, Firefox and Brave. 2 Quote
+barefootjeff Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 I can confirm this bug with the Temporary Disabled alert, as I currenty have one of them. Instead of showing the disabled cache when I click on it, I now get the full list of my current hides. 2 Quote
Frau Potter Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 Thank you for reporting this issue. We have notified the engineers. 1 Quote
+colleda Posted April 17, 2023 Posted April 17, 2023 One of my caches has been pinged by health score. Is there a way to know which one? Quote

+paulohercules Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 I detected another abnormal behavior identical to those previously reported: in the "Cache owner dashboard" when I click on "Reviewer note (Unpublished)" the list of unpublished caches opens. Quote
C2iC Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 I currently have no direct access to the unhealthy cache pages on the site. When I access the Owner's Dashboard I can see caches that need maintenance or are in poor health. But when I click on the button requires maintenance of the owner I have the list of all my caches installed and not only those concerned by the maintenance ... Quote
Keystone Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 I merged two threads about the same issue. Quote
C2iC Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 sorry, I'm french and don't see the first thread about this problems ... Quote
C2iC Posted April 22, 2023 Posted April 22, 2023 Any idea when this problem will be solved? It's very complicated to find your caches in bad health when you have published a lot of them! Quote
+Rustynails Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 It used to be when clicking Cache owner dashboard you could see specifically which caches are disabled. That is now screwed up and not visible. Now it list all caches regardless of its status. Another example of updating something and making other things worse. Please fix this. Quote
Keystone Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 The above post was made as a separate bug report thread. I merged that thread into this active discussion. Quote
+Rustynails Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 I noticed my post was moved here and see this has not yet been fixed? It's been a few weeks and it continues to be ignored. Since the programmers caused this error they should fix it promptly before starting other projects. This could snowball and lead yet another problem. Quote

How do you know for certain that a fix isn't in the process of QA testing, or queued up for the next production release? (You don't need to answer those questions; in fact, I suggest you don't post again to this thread.) Please be respectful when reporting bugs. Thanks. 2 Quote

The fact that there has been no update as to its status and no fix for almost a month. And I'm being respectful, please don't assume. I will say no more. Edited April 26, 2023 by Rustynails Quote
Keystone Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 This bug was acknowledged by HQ on April 12th. Today is April 26th. That's two weeks. There are four weeks in a month. 3 Quote
+Thallams Posted May 1, 2023 Posted May 1, 2023 I have the same issue, I have a reviewers note on my dashboard but the filter takes me to a list of all my caches. I thought I had cleared this with OM but can’t see what cache the outstanding one relates to so I can confirm this. Quote
+Visyl Posted May 1, 2023 Posted May 1, 2023 Hi, Is there any update on this problem ? It's still an issue today. It's very complicated to find which caches need attention in the list of all our caches when we have hundreds of them. Thanks for your help. Quote
Frau Potter Posted May 1, 2023 Posted May 1, 2023 Our engineers are looking into a solution for this issue. We hope for a fix soon. Thanks for your attention to your cache hides. We appreciate your diligence! 2 Quote

+BlitzMar2010 Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 I am having the same problem please can this be solved as it’s very irritating. One way round it at the moment is pretending I’ve hidden a cache and a list of caches that have problems comes up but not ideal . I will be very grateful when resolved and thank you in advance Quote
C2iC Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 A solution in the meantime to be able to visualize the caches that need maintenance or that are disabled is to go through the following link: https://www.geocaching.com/hide/cachemaintenance.aspx Quote

The specific filters only show up if you have caches that have been marked as needing maintenance, are currently disabled, have an unanswered Reviewer Note, or are low health. Quote
