Mystery Geocache Page creation major malfunction

There are no edit features available for the description when creating a mystery cache.

 

Upon initial page creation

 

-Not able to add an image.

-not able to change font size

-No "Source" button available.

- not able to add link

- Not able to center  text

 

After initial page creation

 

Not able to do all of the above

 

plus cannot edit attributes or edit virtual coordinates or hidden coordinates nor do the hide coordinates show on the map

 

Attached are 5 screenshots of the mystery cache showing all of what is missing.
