We were very active geocachers, but life happened and we fell out of geocaching for awhile. I decided to download the app onto my Apple phone and go find a few caches. (We used to use a separate handheld GPS.) But I can't log into my account with my phone. I get the message, "An account with username 'Cachin' Kidlets' does not exist. I know that's my username. I'm logged into that account on my laptop. I had them send me my username thinking that might help. They sent me: Cachin' Kidlets, but it didn't help. It's the same username I'm trying to log in with. Any suggestions?!? Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 I'm betting it's the apostrophe in your username - your phone is probably entering a "smart quote" version of the mark rather than a "straight quote" version. You will want to try entering your username without the smart quote conversion.
