Website partially down - no logging…?

Hi there, since you‘re directed to the forum I post it here: beginning yesterday eveneing I can‘t reach parts of the GC-website, especially no logging is possible. I tried with different browsers and it’s not an network issue on my side. Logging works from the App, some other features also from the site, so it seems to be a „partial server issue“ - anyone with similar experience? And shouldn’t there be (or does it exist?) an help-page for this kind of messages?

Firefox (up-to-date version) does not load geocaching.com main page. The green bar appears but it doesn't go any further. Using Edge worked OK but shows the same result now!

Manualy entering a more extensive string than https://geocaching.com/play/search opens that page correct.

Hi, I've been having problems with viewing geocaches pages on the website on my google chrome browser. 

When viewing a page of any geocache , the complete top menu disappears, as well all the logs at the bottom of the page - I have to click on "view all logs" to read them. Also the button to edit solved coordinates doesn't work. It's been like this for a few weeks now.
Does anybody else have the same problem, or is it just my computer?

Hi,
Wanted to have a look around on geocaching.com, but after logging in the page keeps blank. Tried it on different systems / browsers always with the same result.

After logging in the browser sends me to https://www.geocaching.com/play/search and it looks like that. Anyone else with that problem (have it for ~6 hrs by now)

Merged a few threads about the same issue.

 

Thank you to all for reporting. Our engineers are aware and are currently looking for a solution. The issue appears cookie-related.

Still there should be a faster and more direct way to report problems like this than posting in forums…
