Map re-centers to current location w/Lists - Android

On an Android:

 

I'm building a list for an upcoming trip, and anytime I add a cache to a list (either singularly or adding all in map view), the caches are added to the list, but my map recenters on my current location.

I've tried, and I cannot reproduce this.

It also recenters back on current location if looking at caches further away so I don't think it's directly related to just lists.  Annoying if planning a trip.  v9.18.0
