Cant find activation code

Where do i find the activation code for the ugly sweater trackable brick? It wasn't on the package.

If it isn't on thé package, try "Retrieve your activation code" at https://www.geocaching.com/track/activate.aspx.

I have the tracking code but the package doesn't have the activation name or code on it so going to that link doesn't help me

When you use that link to activate your trackable, when you get to the section that asks for the activation code, right below it is a link to retrieve that code if you don't see it in the packaging.
