waypoint "hide coordinates" option on Android app not working

GCA170X is a 5 stage multi cache with a puzzle last stage,

called the Final location,

the edit version on the web site shows the hide coordinate option selected,

the regular version on the web site shows ??? in the coordinate column for that waypoint

 

on the android app the waypoint coordinate is openly displayed

 

sort of spoils the cache as the final location find should be based on clues and a simple puzzle,

FTFs all seem to have played through with the puzzle but down the road I'm sure some observant cacher will see the short cut,

this cache is one of a set of 4 of the same construction, all have the same issue

other 3 are GC8Z9DT, GC8Z9DH, GC8PZW2

The coordinates for the final waypoint are obscured for my player account, both on the app and on the website.

Presumably, you can see them in the app because you're the cache owner. But they don't appear to be visible to the public.

If you find out that someone other than you can see the final coordinates that are supposed to be hidden, that would be a concern, and I'd recommend you follow up to your post here or contact Groundspeak directly through the Help Center - use the "Contact Us" portion at the bottom of the page.
