TB log notification email

I'm assuming this is just an app and my phone issue but it's frustrating and I don't know how to fix it.

When I get a notification for a TB log:

I click on the link for the TB, and I'm taken to the app map.

I click on the link for the user and I am taken to the app map.

I click on the log link and I'm taken to the app map. 

Sometimes I want to message that person about the log, and I would think clicking on their username link would bring me to the message center or their profile but it doesn't. 

When I get a notification for a dnf all three of those links work properly. 

Edit: it seems that something recently changed because not too long ago when I got a dnf email and clicked on the username it also brought me to the map. So this is an improvement that it currently works.

It's not just you - I just checked a recent TB log I got via my email notifications - and all the links take me to the app map.  A recent DNF worked as expected - username link goes to their profile, although the Log link closes the app for me.  Regular Found it log notifications behave the same way - I can go to the app map with the cache highlighted, I can go to the users profile, but the Log link closes the app.

Could you please share which platform you are using? i.e. iOS or Android

 

Also, does this occur with every single TB log notification link? Or just some?

I'm on 9.15.0 app, Android 12. 

I tested it on today's travel bug notification and every one of the three links in the email notification goes to the app map. 

I can start testing it regularly but so far I have not found one notification that behaves differently.

I've been traveling, and just saw this.

I am on Android 13, using gmail for notifications.  App version 9.15.0

 

Yes, it does appear to be on all the TB notifications I get.  I just got one yesterday, and it behaved the same way.  Each link in the email (the TB page, Geocacher's name, and Lg link) took me to the map, at the last location I had been looking at (nothing to do with the TB location).
