R2-B2's Secret Route Transmission

11 posts in this topic

This information is a search clue for The Lost Droid geocache. Please ignore and let it fade off into obscurity

**** Begin Rebel Transmission ****

The secret route file can be found Here. It is in GPX format. You can both download it to your GPS and/or simply view it on your computer with the free EasyGPS software

If using EasyGPS to view the data be sure to set the coordinate format to 'Degrees, Minutes, Minutes' from the decimal default (this can be done in FilePreferencesCoordinates). The best coordinates to look for the lost droid would be near the end of the route itself. It is not easy to view the actual route waypoint information in Easy GPS but it can be done (it involves a right-click).

May the force be with you!

**** End Transmission ****

I am glad that I kept looking and found the second link. It may have made for a long search at the original coordinates. Who knows when I will get out for this one.
