MN12
Hey everyone! I've got a great container...Pop into your local Welding store/home depot and pick up a welding rod container. They are waterproof and are cylinders that are nice and long and will hold lots of stuff!. I'm gonna grab a couple more and get them out there in some of the new cool locations I've found. +chris-mouse
I've got a supply of clear plastic jars here that are courtesy of a friend with a big fish tank. These containers used to hold fish food. They're not the biggest containers in the world, they're about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and six inches or so long, but they are waterproof, andclear. the fact that they're also cheep is a plus as well. The smaller size makes it easier to hide them in an urban environment. I'll be placing one of them some time in the next week or so as the final of a multi cache. Quote Link to comment
ChiefPig
Would you mind posting a pic of the welding rod container and maybe the dimensions too? Are they metal or plastic? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
MN12
I'll work on the picture thing for ya...as for dimensions. The containers are made out of plastic. 12-14 inches high...4 inches in diameter, with a nice o'ring seal. Remember these containers are designed to keep welding rods dry and safe.
