I bought them and sent in the required forms for the $50 US rebate, (expired Dec 31, 2002) but I have not received the rebate yet, nor have I heard anything...I've tried calling the rebate number 1-800-390-2344, but I don't seem to get through to a real person...any suggestions? http://ca.geocities.com/rsab2100/pond.html Quote Link to comment

I recall that someone posted all of the tel #s and email addresses that might help you hurry it along, but from what I have read, you are not exactly alone.
