Questions in public ALC are instantly unlocked

Hi there,

 

I published an ALC. With this, the questions are unlocked immediately without having to be within the radius, which is set to 20m at each location. Where is the problem? What can I do?

If you have visited the locations in the past, the locations are permanently unlocked. Your device remembers that you've already been there. This might be related to your problem.

Iot only did I find the questions instantly unlocked, but so did geocachers who have never dealt with this ALC before. The statistics also indicate that I now have 5 finds at 4 out of 5 locations, only at St. Alban I have 3 finds. These are "real" finds, the other two at the four locations may have been solved by geocachers at home. But since this morning there haven't been any more finds, maybe the geofencing is correct for everyone now?
