It's generative art software. It has a huge database of images and paints a randomly composited picture based on the word phrase entered, using rules that create a more or less artistic image. News spread about a new version of DALL-E, an AI image generation tool, but it's still exclusive limited access while it's still being completed. The prior version produced pretty sub-par results while the new version can produce almost photo-realistic images. This one (wombo) actually does a great job at creating 'art-like' imagery, as abstract and odd as they look I like it 1 Quote Link to comment
