Yep, it's been like this ever since they added the "Find Date" filter option. Apparently it only works if you've also included one or more cacher names in the "Found by" field. Edit to add: It's even stranger than that. If you have one name in the Found By field, it returns caches found by that cacher within the find date range specified, but if you include more than one name it returns all the caches those players have found that have had any finds within the date range even if none of those players found it within that range.
