loading logged caches back to Geocaching account from Garmin ETrex 32x

Hi, we are starting to explore Geocaching on our family sailing trip and had good fun already. 

All works fine, loading cache locations from the website to our Garmin Etrex, finding caches, logging and adding comments on the device.

When reconnecting back to the PC for loading new caches and sending back the logs, nothing is going back from Garmin to the account, so the Geocaching account still shows zero logged caches, while we have found 8 caches and logged them on the Etrex 32x. The logged ones do not show on the Etrex any longer. So they are not visible both on the account or the Etrex...

I tried all settings, but no success...

Are you connecting by USB cable?

And is there a “geocache_visits.txt” file on the Garmin?

If the file exists, you may upload it to your Drafts:

A more helpful response would be to point the OP directly to the step-by-step instructions.  There is a lot of information on the site you linked to, and it's possible that the OP's primary language is not English.  Write your answer on the assumption that the OP does not know what "drafts" are.

 

OP, you can find the instructions by clicking on "Geocache" in the menu on the left side of the GPSrchive page, and then going to item 4, "Uploading geocache logs."
