Hwy 6 North - Ontario

Recommended Posts

I travel from Hamilton to Owen Sound along Hwy 6 quite a bit. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good scenic cashes along the way (not to far of the hwy.)

Thanks,

Here are a few Chris. The 3rd one, GC4B1A is in Guelph. You could do a "nearest cache" search from its page. There are 7 or 8 in the immediate area.

  • GC4FE8 Inglis Falls 2 by J.A.R.S.

GC3899 Elora by J.A.R.S. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?ID=14489

Try the following:

1. Elora - very scenic town just west of Highway 6

2. Inglis Falls 2 - the falls are right by the parking area. The cache is a short hike into the park. Cache requires a bit of climbing among rocks.

3. Bruce Caves Cache - There's a nice scenic drive along Colpoy Bay and the caves are impressive. Cache requires a bit of climbing among rocks.
