gm100guy
I was looking for a cache today and went through all the caches in Ontario. Wow what a year so far, there are 728 caches listed for all of Ontario. Of all of them 586 were place this year so far. Way to go all. The only down side is that not all have been logged. gm100guy http://members.rogers.com/gm100guy/cachepage.htm Quote Link to comment
+mrcpu
I remember when I could load ALL of Ontario into my GPS in one go AND have room for my own personal waypoints!!! Now I have to be picky about what waypoints I load... not that I'm complaining!!! :-) Rob Mobile Cache Command Quote Link to comment
Sliver & Lucy
It is nice to see the growth in geocaching Let's just hope that everyone remembers to respect nature, and try to leave nothing in the bush except footprints. And of course your geocache item "Cache in Trash Out" It really is unbelievable the amount of trash one can see while walking through some very nice wilderness areas I know myself I try to take trash out with me when at all possible. If everyone does there part YOU can make a difference... Sorry not trying to sound like I am preaching, but just look around the next time you are out geocaching.... Happy Geocaching! +cyber-hunter
Yes when I first started in May of 2001 there were only 65 cache's in Canada. Now there is 2220 cache's in Canada. Keep on caching. Keep on caching. Ken Quote Link to comment
+Couparangus
When I first signed on to Geocaching I looked for caches within a 100 mile radius of my house. I recall there being 4 of them. I waited a little while before one appeared within a reasonable distance of my home. I just checked again and there are 422 within the same 100 mile radius. That's quite a difference! The downside is the caches that I've placed seem to get a lot less traffic these days with all the competition in town! Cheers! Coupar-Angus Quote Link to comment
