I just noticed it yesterday on my Dashboard. Or did I imagine it? I have not looked for it on the help center, so now I'll need to go see where it is. 

I just looked now on a different device and this time I see it at the very bottom of the page:

OK, so it's down at the bottom of the page, where almost nobody ever looks.   Why wouldn't that be atop the page under the tab marked "Play"?
