Since he didn’t create a password when he signed up and his google account prohibits emails, I am posting his question on behalf of him. Any thoughts on how to fix this??? Quote Link to comment

You need a geocaching account to hide one, which requires a password, unless that has changed. If his account prohibits emails how's he going to know if there's a problem with the cache he hides? So many questions. Did he read the Help Center on hiding your first cache? My first guess is there's a coordinate issue.
