This is a flaw that needs to be looked into. When a bonus is used it gives the CO a tool to notify anyone planning the adventure its status. Quote Link to comment

The main access track for one of my ALs is closed for repair following recent rain damage so I've switched off the AL, which makes it invisible. I've also temporarily disabled the bonus with an explanation in the TD log (plus a screenshot from the national park's alert page). It's a bit annoying that there's no equivalent of a TD in an AL where you can say what the issue is and when it's likely to be back in action. 1 2 Quote Link to comment
