heisenbug
https://Wherigo.com/builder/download.aspx The download URL for the .NET framework leads to a generic .NET page, not to a download page for the specific .NET runtime. The system requirements list Windows Server 2003, suggesting that the page has not been updated in the last 15 years. The link at the bottom saying "We welcome your feedback in the forums" leads to a 404 page. Edited April 30, 2022 by heisenbug typo Quote Link to comment
heisenbug
Is there an autocorrect function that replaces lowercase "Wherigo" with mixed case "Wherigo", even in URLs? Quote Link to comment
heisenbug
Hmmm, seems so. That's rather counterproductive when reporting bugs where the exact details of each step matter. Another bad UX, just like the one that I reported in the first place. Quote Link to comment
Keystone
I moved this thread from the Geocaching.com Website forum section. Quote Link to comment
+capoaira
The download UX is not the only bad UI. The official builder is very uncomfortable. I would recommend you to use URWIGO. The download is in Czech but the builder has many translation. Other cachers prefer the Earwigo Builder its browser based. Quote Link to comment
