Geocaching on TV

Recommended Posts

Guest mazda626

The Discovery Channel had a segment on geocaching on todays @discovery.ca show. The segment showed a couple of caches and cachers in Nova Scotia.

So far there's no link to the segment on their website http://exn.ca/discovery/index.asp but it will probably be put up in the next day or two.

I saw that also, the link for the video can be found by going to http://www.discovery.ca/discovery/past_rundowns.asp and looking for 'A Scavenger Hunt Like No Other' on December 10th.

It features Ken Kane's cache and another boylston cache on McNabs Island, out in the Halifax Harbour.

I never thought my Scout field manual would get on tv icon_smile.gif

I missed the show.... I wish I knew it earlier. Do they repeat the same episode?

I remember seeing this air actually, and is what got me checking into the sport. Finally in Xmas of December 2002 we got a GPS and did our first cache.
