How about the usage of a pole to solve the problem? Grrr BTW, I recently saw a box of those Nevada tickets in a variety store. On the box they proudly state Incredible 70% payout. What amazes me is that people won't see this and realize what it means. It means that statistically, for every dollar you put in you get 70 cents back. In other words YOU WILL LOSE 30 cents on the dollar if you play this game!!!! Sure, if you play on occasion you might get lucky and come out ahead, but IF you are addicted to these YOU WILL LOSE. When will people get it throught their skulls. THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS. This is why gambling stays in business. People live in this fantasy world where they don't quite grasp the fact that casinos and lotteries work and stay in business because the odds are AGAINST YOU!!! Enough ranting. If you want to throw your money away I'll give you my address and you can just give it to me. Every so often I'll give you a bit of it back to make you feel better. If you bought $1,000 worth of Budweiser (the beer, not the stock) one year ago, drank all the beer, and traded in the cans for the deposit, you would have $79. (Think of the $1000 you waste on smokes or coffee or other things over a one year period) It comes back up to $10/share in a couple of years in which case you have $40,000 Personally, I think it is a heck of a better bet then lottery tickets!!!
