Generated Pocket Query does not appear in download list

I download all my pocket queries weekly. This week, one of them was generated on Sunday, but today when GSAK tried to download it along with the others, the download threw a 404 and halted. So I just re-generated it (see PQ List image, last line), but six minutes later it doesn't even appear in the "Ready for Download" list. All the other PQ's downloaded fine. I can preview the PQ, but obviously I can't download it.
