+theedoek83 Posted February 26, 2022 Share Posted February 26, 2022 I am unable to login to the Adventure Lab app on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ running Android 12. Logging in on the teamspeak website as well as the geocaching app works fast and without issues. I tried clearing the cache and data and I also tried reinstalling the application to no effect. Issue is not related to the connection to internet as it occurs when using mobile data or wifi. Anyone with some ideas? Quote Link to comment

+Jayeffel Posted February 27, 2022 Share Posted February 27, 2022 (edited) I have iPhone 12.5.5 and have the AL app on the phone, its version is 1.3.23; build : 3002. (whatever that means). When I touched the Adventure Lab icon a few minutes ago it went directly to the AL screen with no sign on. It went to the explore screen, Pressing the Explore icon at the bottom.It shows a topo map with six ALs in the area shown as green bullet points with a checkmark inside with one solid, that one is my AL. Pressing each identifies the AL by name. Pressing the Profile though does not show anything under any heading. No user name, no completed adventure (I have ten I believe) find count 0, under My Adventures none shown, but I do have a viable one running. Also under the Profile I cannot see a user name or cannot select or enter one. So maybe there is a communication problem between the iPhone app and the Geocaching.com. Or maybe there needs to be an update to the phone app. I did not notice this since I am not aware I used the App since it was installed. A question I do have about creating an AL , not directly related to this topic . I have a 10 stage Adventure Lab in place, special permission was given due to the series it is part of. Most AL are five stage. Since that AL is operational it would seem that no AL is available, but I see on an AL screen (probably the main one, have not looked lately) I have a credit for an AL. Geocache app/website work fine, i tried uninstalling/reinstalling, I tried resetting Geocache password (and verifying it worked everywhere but the Adventure Lab app).. Help! Quote Link to comment

+theedoek83 Posted March 5, 2022 Author Share Posted March 5, 2022 I contacted Groundspeak about the problem and they responded fast. The had found an issue with multiple account and corrected it.
