Error 500

I started a new lab cache, but get Error 500 when I start the process after completing the description, coordinates, and cover photo. I’m not sure what this means or how to correct it.   Any help is appreciated.

Error 500 is the universal code for an internal error at their end.  They should be notified automatically, and all you can really do is wait, or try to find a workaround.  Good luck.

I’m now getting:

It seems your Anti-Forgery Token is invalid.

This could be the result of disabled cookies or a recent username change. Please ensure that cookies are enabled and try again.

And it now appears to be working. . .

I’m getting the invalid anti forgery token message when I try to create a lab cache location. It was working fine for the first four locations. Have tried over and over to get the final location up. It’s driving me nuts. Copy/paste. Any ideas? Username and cookies all OK 👍

Will do in the morning if it doesn’t resolve itself overnight. Frustrating. Almost had it done.

Grrrrrr, same problem for me and this is quite frustrating...!!! 

 

I have new Adventure Lab credit available.

 

As usual, on the first page of the Adventure Lab builder, I fill out:
- the Adventure Title
- the Adventure Description
- the Cover Image
- 3 Adventure Themes
- the Adventure Starting Location

 

I check the "I have read and agree..." Checkbox and when I click on "Create Adventure", I always get an "Error 500".

 

I am using Windows 10 and I tried with Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Getting this repeatedly the last two days. Created the first stop no problems and now when I go to create a new stop and fill out all the info. Boom crash Error 500. Annoying to keep filling the same info in over and over and over again.

I am getting the same error message 500 when I try to create an Adventure Lab.  Cannot seem to get past the 1st page.
