Where exactly is Oiso Japan?

Did some searching but couldn't find where Oiso , Japan is.

The sister cities project started out as a humanitarian/ cultural exchange thing. Now in Australia it is a good excuse for councillors to have a free lunch in their sister cities, at the taxpayers expense!

 

Nice idea for a cache though!

Oiso town is in Kanagawa prefecture.

Kanagawa prefecture is the west neighbor of Tokyo.
