+Team Gecko
Gecko Gurl and I went down to Max's Favorite Park to see some stars and retrieve the reprint set. I'll take the set up to Yrium Celebration Letterbox Cache as Flagman originally intended.... Thanks, Don! I really appreciate that! 10:20 am. Groovy and I stopped by to pay our respects to Yrium on this, the first annivesary of his passing. We dropped off the complete set of reprints that Flagman prepared. -Gecko Dad Quote Link to comment

+John&Jess
Bipped? err..Ok maybe that's the wrong word, after posting that I realize it may not be appropriate for this cache. It's just really close to our house and I had already been there just last week for the Amusing Race so this was just a short jog. I did take the time to read through all the logs at the Yrium Celebration Cache that afternoon... Very cool! This is actually a very happy cache for me due to the fact that I never had read Yrium's logs until I came across this puzzle. After laughing and laughing until I cried and feeling like I knew someone I had never met it holds a special place for me (like it does for many others)...Wish I could have met him in person! Didn't mean any disrespect, I just like the word 'bipped'! ~Jess Quote Link to comment

+FlagMan
HERE YE, HERE YE! AT NOON ON FRIDAY 7/8, I WILL ANNOUNCE THE GENERAL GENERAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF THE CACHE IN WHICH THE UDESIGNIT TB WILL BE DROPPED. IT WILL NOT BE IN A PUZZLE OR MULTI CACHE. AT 1 PM ON FRIDAY 7/8, WITH CERTAIN OBSESSED CACHERS CIRCLING MADLY WITHIN AFOREMENTIONED GENERAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA IN THEIR GEO-MOBILES WITH WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS OR PHONE-A-FRIEND LIFELINES ACTIVATED, THE UDESIGNIT BUG WILL BE DROPPED (VIRTUALLY) IN A SUITABLE CACHE WITHIN AFOREMENTIONED GENERAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA. AT 1:01 PM ON FRIDAY, TT WILL PROBABLY HAVE FOUND IT, ASSUMING, OF COURSE, THAT HE HASN'T ALREADY DEPARTED THE JURISDICTION FOR GREENER PASTURES ON THE EAST COAST! UNTIL THE VIRTUAL DROP, THE CARD IS NOT ACTIVE -- SO FINDING IT PRIOR TO 1 PM ON FRIDAY DOES YOU NO GOOD AT ALL AND ONLY SPOILS THE RACE. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, GET READY TO START YOUR ENGINES! +FlagMan
BTW, Tom, I never did find out why the double-sided cards! Turn out I was printing sheets with cards 1-6., 7-12, etc. and I mixed up the order of the pages and it printed fronts on both sides instead of fronts/backs. Just a blunder that produced an interesting result. Don calls them "double-headed nickels"..... Edited July 7, 2005 by FlagMan Quote Link to comment
